Shipping & delivery policy

How our pickup and delivery works: where, when, and what it costs (nothing).

These services are provided by JustLaundry (“Just Laundry”, “we”), GSTIN 36ATTPD4477C2ZH, 5-9-266/33, Sri Krish Enclave, near Shaili Garden, Yapral, Secunderabad, Telangana 500087, India.

We don’t ship by courier. Our own team picks up your clothes and brings them back to your door in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Telangana.

Where we deliver

Within 3 km of our stores at Kowkur, Suchitra and Yapral (addresses and the area map). The booking form checks your location before you book. We don’t deliver outside this area.

Charges

Pickup and delivery are free. You pay only for the cleaning, as on our price list; prices are exclusive of GST, which is added to the bill.

When

  • Pickups and deliveries run 9 am – 8 pm in the windows the booking form shows. None on Tuesdays and public holidays, when our stores are closed.
  • We tell you the delivery date at pickup: 24 hours for steam iron and express services, usually 48 hours, and up to 72 hours for dry cleaning and household items. Closed days aren’t counted.
  • You choose the delivery window, and can move it in the app before the cut-off.

The handover

We hand your clothes only to someone who gives the one-time code sent to your phone, and count them back with you. If part of an order is ready first, we may bring it in parts; nothing is payable until the last part.

Sometimes a delivery partner carries an order for us. Those orders are paid in the app before they leave the store.

If we’re late, or you’re out

If we deliver after the promised date for reasons within our control, your next order is 15% off, automatically. If nobody is home, we contact you to arrange another window.

Paying

In the app once the bill is confirmed, or at the door by UPI (scan the QR on our executive’s phone) or cash. See our Cancellation & refund policy for refunds.
