Why we started
Everyone we spoke to in north Hyderabad had the same laundry story: a pickup that came late or not at all, a bill that grew between pickup and delivery, a saree that came back creased, a call nobody answered. The service itself isn't hard. Doing it reliably, week after week, is.
So we built Just Laundry around reliability first: capacity-aware pickup slots we can actually keep, a price range given at your door and held, a delivery date we commit to with a penalty on ourselves if we miss it, and a one-time code on every handover. All of it runs on software we wrote ourselves, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
