What happens after I book?
You get a reference number straight away. We call the number you gave before the slot to confirm, and the rider counts your clothes at the door. You can also message us on WhatsApp with the reference.
Which outlet should I choose?
The one closest to your address. Tap “Use my location” to see which that is. If you’re not sure, choose “Not sure” and we’ll assign one when we reply.
How much will it cost?
It depends on what you send. At your door we count and weigh everything and tell you a price range before we take anything. The exact bill comes after sorting and never goes above the range without your OK. See pricing
Can I change the slot?
Yes. Message us in the same chat and we’ll move it.
Do you cover my building?
We pick up within 3 km of our Kowkur, Suchitra and Yapral outlets. Tap “Use my location” above to check, or put your address in the form and we’ll tell you plainly if it’s outside our area.
