Cancellation & refund policy

When you can cancel, and how and when money comes back to you.

These services are provided by JustLaundry (“Just Laundry”, “we”), GSTIN 36ATTPD4477C2ZH, 5-9-266/33, Sri Krish Enclave, near Shaili Garden, Yapral, Secunderabad, Telangana 500087, India.

Cancelling before pickup

Free, any time before we collect your clothes. In the app open the order and tap Cancel order, or tell us on WhatsApp or by phone. Nothing is charged. You can also move the pickup to another window instead.

If we miss you at the door, we contact you to book another window; you can still cancel free.

After pickup

Once your clothes are collected, counted and tagged, the order can’t be cancelled in the app. One exception: if the bill confirmed at our store is above the range you heard at the door, we ask you first. If you decline, the order is cancelled, nothing is cleaned or charged, and we bring your clothes back.

Not happy with how something came back? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we make it right as our Terms of service set out (repair, replace or compensate).

When we refund

  • An order is cancelled after you paid for it: the full amount.
  • The final bill is lower than what you paid in advance: the difference, automatically.
  • You were charged twice for the same bill: the second payment, automatically.
  • A claim we accept under our terms: the amount we agree with you.

Refunds include the GST you paid on that amount.

How and how fast

  • Paid online in the app or on the website through our payment partner (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet): back to the same account or card. We start the refund the same day; banks usually show it within 5–7 working days.
  • Paid to our UPI ID, in cash, or from your Just Laundry wallet: credited to your Just Laundry wallet straight away, to use on your next order. Prefer your bank? Ask us and we send it to your UPI ID within 7 working days.

We never ask for your card details, PIN or OTP to make a refund.
